The measure of a leader is not the number of people who serve him but the number of people he serves. - John C. Maxwelll

Born in Florence, Alabama and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. I grew up with both of my parents and my younger sister. Playing basketball was the main thing all the way up until I got to college. Once I came to Michigan State University, my eyes were opened to my life and life in general in a different way. I began to fall in love with education and leadership. During my time at MSU, I participated in panels as well as community service opportunities that exercised my leadership muscles. I also begin to build relationships with many different mentors who taught me more about leadership through communication and through action. I also was able to gain many opportunities to speak in public events as well. Which also was another way I was able to grow in leadership. My love affair with leadership and education is what lead me to get my masters in the field of education with a concentration in sports coaching and leadership. I have a strong passion for teaching, leadership, and life coaching. I truly believe that fulfilling those gifts are apart of why I have been placed on this earth.
